Return & Refund Policy

  • Timeline: Returns must be requested within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • MethodCustomers can place a return request directly through our website. Customers also also contact us via email at harmony@devaya.in or via call/WhatsApp on +91 7668576936.
  • Approval & Pickup: If the return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
  • Charges: A processing fee of ₹300 will be deducted for all returns except if the product is received in a damaged condition.
  • Damaged Product: If the product arrives in a damaged condition, cancellation charges will be waived. To claim this, customers must provide relevant pictures of the damaged product within 24-48 hours of receiving the item. The refund will be processed without deducting any fees once the damage is verified.
  • Refund: Refund will be processed after the products are received at our warehouse.
    • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after deducting the processing fee and credited to the original payment source.
    • For COD orders, refunds will be processed after deducting the processing fee to the provided bank account.

Note: Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
