Exchange Policy
- Eligibility:
- Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders placed within India.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
- Exchange Process:

- Request Submission: Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at support@devaya.in or via WhatsApp/Call at +91 7668576936. Relevant pictures of the product must be shared.
- Approval & Pickup: If the exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
- Inspection & Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will dispatch the new size/color within 3-4 working days.
- Charges: A processing fee of ₹300 will be levied for all exchanges except if the product is received in a damaged condition.
- Limit: Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size/color is unavailable, a credit note will be issued, valid for 12 months.
Note: Customized products cannot be exchanged.
